Operator — Aqaba (English Outbound)

About the Role

STEADYWRK is hiring its founding cohort of Operators in Aqaba. The work is outbound coordination for international managed-services clients — presenting assignments, negotiating terms, following each engagement through to completion. With AI tools we built in-house. 500 JOD/month + performance bonuses. Industry certifications from our global partners. 4 PM – 1 AM, five days a week. Open to 18+. Remote during training. Aqaba relocation later with accommodation and equipment provided.

Requirements

• Fluent English — every coordination call is with international counterparts
• Phone confidence — you can hold a 20-minute negotiation without breaking voice
• Instinct to ask the direct question — no hedging, no padding
